HR 7703 AB
Also known as HJ 5173, and Gliese 783.
Fact
This is a double star, 19.7 light years from Sol, with the primary (A) being an orange K3 star, similar to Alpha Centauri B. Its companion, B, is an M type dwarf, orbiting at some 40 to 50 AU (check this).
The habitable zone for star A is between 0.457 and 0.904 AUs, centering on 0.680 AU, almost the same distance as Venus from Sol. The orbit at that distance would be 226 standard (Earth) days.
Fiction
Not mentioned yet (April 2020) but a strategic location, just over 10 ly from Epsilon Indi and Delta Pavonis, 15 ly from 70 Ophiuchi.
