61 Cygni AB

A binary star system with two K-type stars, both with observed surrounding dust. These are on the cooler side, so the habitable zones are closer in than Sol (roughly similar to Alpha Centauri B), with orbital periods of roughly six months. The stars orbit each other at considerably greater distance (722 year orbit) than Alpha Centauri A and B do, so habitable planets would be in stable orbits. Eccentricity is 0.4, inclination 51.85 degrees.

Despite occasional reported hints of planetary companions, none of these have been confirmed -- the system is far enough away and the gravitational interactions such that anything like our own solar system could go undetected with present methods.
