Individual Characters in T-Space
Currently T-Space stories can be grouped into three eras:
- First steps (circa 2070) when man develops an effective warp drive and starts exploring the nearer stars. (Alpha Centauri series)
- Jason's era (circa 2090s) warp ships have become affordable to well-off groups and individuals, and uncontrolled exploration is beginning
- First contact (circa 2120) planets around the nearer stars are well-settled, there are a few colonies at the fringe, and we're starting to realize there are other star-farers around (The Chara Talisman, The Reticuli Deception, The Eridani Convergence)
Because a human lifespan easily overlaps these, it's possible that a given character may show up in stories in different eras (aged appropriately, of course).
